                           Cotton!

This Lesson is about cotton, how its grown and how it becomes all of the things it becomes. ( These pictures were taken by me in the Heart of Georgia while visiting a small town my family and I used to live in.

This is what cotton  looks  like before it pops! First its greenish red and then it turns dark red and hardens but the soft cotton fiber is inside of the "BOLL" or flower. As it becomes ready for harvest it dries out and becomes even harder and then it sort of pops open exposing the cotton inside.
